Watersong Villa has 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and it will comfortably accommodate 10 plus there is a baby travel cot. It is of the “Queen Palm” design built by Park Square Homes to an exceptionally high standard and we have added many special, non-standard features taking it to a superior level of quality.

The accomodation comprises two King suites, 1 Queen suite and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with Masters 1-3 having en-suite facilities and the twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

In addition to the family room and the formal lounge downstairs, there is a stunning, spacious open loft area upstairs. This loft space was retained instead of adding another bedroom as we wanted to have the space and a special area to relax in.

In the loft there is a comfortable curved sofa, 42” flat screen with a Bose 3-2-1 entertainment/sound system linked to the Sony Playstation 3 for a truly awesome gaming experience and also for watching BlueRay/DVDs.  There is also a games table if you want to have a game of cards. We commissioned the builder to custom design and install a unique ‘wet bar’ (complete with sink and drinks fridge) so you can stock up with drinks and therefore don’t have to rely solely on the main fridge in the kitchen downstairs - no other house on Watersong has this feature.  The 'Loft' really is a great area in which to break out, relax and unwind.


The villa has been decorated and furnished throughout by a leading international designer to an extremely high standard making this a true home from home. We ensure the high standards are maintained by our excellent local management company.

Watersong Villa is strictly non-smoking throughout (including the pool deck) and we also ask that guests refrain from bringing your pets as no animals are allowed in the villa.

• Master suite 1 - is a king room with en-suite bathroom and also a spacious walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom includes ‘his and hers’ double vanity unit, corner bath and a separate walk-in shower and separate W.C. Located on the ground floor with views over the pool deck and conservation area. Includes 36 inch TV with cable channels.
• Master suite 2 - is a king room with en suite bathroom including a large vanity unit, bath and shower and W.C. Located on the first floor at the front of the property.  Includes 36 inch TV with cable channels. A spacious walk-in closet.
• Master suite 3 - is a queen room with en suite bathroom comprising of a vanity unit, bath/shower and W.C. There is also a large closet.  Located at the front of the property overlooking the resort. TV with cable channels. 
• Bedroom 4 is a twin room sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 5. Located at the rear of the property overlooking the screened pool and conservation area. 19 inch TV with cable channels. 
• Bedroom 5 is a twin room and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. 19 inch TV with cable channels.
